The staff at Hotel Alea were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

the pool only opens at 11 am, how utterly inconvenient! who wants cold water after waiting? and, honestly, the restaurant manager could use some manners—watching him berate staff was embarrassing. i expected something special for my birthday, but clearly, that was too much to ask. such a letdown!

The breakfast was fresh and diverse, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The pool area was clean, and the nearby beach was a bonus!

The new part of the hotel offered a clean room with an excellent air conditioning unit, keeping things cool during my stay. Breakfast featured a decent spread with options like cereals and scrambled eggs, helping to fuel my adventures.

There were plenty of hiccups. Upon arrival, I was hit with extra charges for Wi-Fi and safe access, which added up quickly. not exactly what I expected from an all-inclusive stay. The pool was on the small side and didn’t open until 11 am, and I had to dodge a rather rickety ladder while trying to get out. The bar area had a questionable vibe resembling a basement youth club, with drinks served in cheap plastic cups—definitely didn’t feel luxurious. The exhausting trek up the hill to the beach was quite a challenge, especially at the end of the day, and I had to deal with some unexpected neighbors providing a late-night soundtrack that wasn’t exactly soothing.

I loved the pool view balcony – perfect for unwinding. The nearby supermarket made it easy for quick snacks. The location was a sweet spot, just a chill 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Plus, there were cute local cafes close by, just waiting to be explored! I felt right at home and appreciated the peacefulness away from noisy party spots.

The gyu-don dishes here are a must-try—absolutely bursting with flavor! We also loved the cozy dining area with natural light overlooking the pool. Don't miss out on the close proximity to nice local restaurants, like Sa Foganya just a short stroll away.

We didn’t see anything bad during our stay. everything was smooth as butter. the balcony design could use an update to make it more comfortable for families.

The double room was really clean and spacious with an excellent air conditioning unit that kept it cool. It overlooked a lovely wooded area, which was so peaceful. The bed was comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. There was a small balcony that offered nice views, but it could be a bit cramped. The shower was great, but water sometimes spilled out onto the floor. All in all, decent for the price!

The reception, the cleanliness, the friendly service was truly exceptional.
